Nancy founded A Life Well Spent in 2008.

Nancy Pyzel formed "A Life Well Spent" after hearing hundreds of clients say the same thing: "I had a good year, but I don't know where my money went."

Most people have good intentions but have not defined their values and goals. We may want to save for our future and make a difference in our community and the world but are easily distracted by advertising and the spending habits of our friends. We need to set goals that are aligned with our values and make us feel good about our lives. In order to achieve our goals, we need to have a realistic, written plan so that we can tune out advertisers who try to tell us how to spend our money.

Having a plan also helps us to relax and enjoy life more, eliminating the stress that keeps us in constant "survival mode", the mental state which creates a constant desire for acquisition, as if we were starving and had to eat everything in sight.

My goal is to help you say, "It was a year well spent!"
